This view of our
Fabrication Bay 3 shows the space we have available
for large projects. This bay is serviced by
multiple bridge cranes for productive material
handling, positioning and production.

Steel fabrication
productivity and accuracy is enhanced by our
automated CNC beam and structural steel fabrication
line.

Met-con's camber
machine is one of the largest in Florida, used for
bending or cambering beams at a fraction of the cost
of steel mill or heat cambering. The camber machine
is also be used to straighten beams, tees, and other
structural shapes.

Multiple 10-ton bridge
cranes travel the entire length of Bay 3.

Bay 3 includes
multiple fabrication and welding stations for
progressive production without backtracking on
material handling. A custom steel staircase is
in progress in this photo.

Met-Con employs
skilled certified welders.

Structural steel painting is performed in house. |
